How self-check responses and user information are handled

The public fellowship guide does not require a name, telephone number, or email address to begin. Self-check answers are processed for the current experience and are not intended to create a medical record.

Public self-checks

  • Answers are used to calculate the displayed result
  • Public guide answers are not attached to a user account
  • A self-check result is not a medical record or professional diagnosis
